I would love to just use my Fitbit and app to track my workouts. Cadence, and many other advanced metrics (foot strike time, oscillation, etc) if added to your app would allow many users to simply just stick to Fitbit for our workouts.
-Another feature that would help close to Garmin gap would be some type of recovery score or fatigue levels. These features would add users and be sure to keep your current users from changing to another tracker.
