I have numerous friends. Some that i truly know in life and others I acquire because I love the competition. I would like to group my friends so I can see how i rank with those I really know versus my FB acquaintances. I might be able to create a family group, co-worker group, long time friends group, etc. With how it works now I have to sort through an entire laundry list of friends to see where each of all my real life friends rank. Now you state you created closed groups. But this is not what i want. I don't want people know how i am classifying them. This is strictly for my purposes only. I don't want to add them and then watch them opt out. It's not for them, it's for me.

I am astounded how bad the design is for the Versa 2 charger is. It doesn't allow for securing onto a flat surface. The cable emanating from the base of the charger means it is difficult to view the face of the fitbit when charging is happening. The charger for the previous model allowed for it to lay flat and, if required, be secured to a flat surface with double-sided tape. This is not possible with the Versa 2 charger; a most annoying deficiency in my opinion.

I'd like to suggest an iPhone Reminders notification on my Fitbit. Currently, my Fitbit only alerts me of Calendar notifications, but it would be nice if it did the same for Reminders in the iPhone Reminders app. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

When you go to the main web site www.fitbit.com to login, the process is not smooth. First you click on User Icon, then you enter in your email and password, it then brings you right back to the main page. The main page is formatted for non-users. I believe that after you login, it should take you to a page that has links just for users. Same thing for log out, needs to be user friendly. Fitbit has a wonderful vegetarian community, however, vegans and vegetarians are not the same thing. There are hundreds of vegans using fitbit and it would be awesome to have a community where we can share meals and bounce ideas off of each other. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

I would like to request an update to add an option to remove the wasted empty space when viewing our heart rates in the app. Yesterday my heart didn't go above 110bpm, but as you can see in the screenshot above, the chart goes all the way to 240bpm, this is wasted space if my heart rate hasn't actually gone that high, and makes it hard to actually see the chart clearly.

The cardio fitness score is not helpful to some with pre-existing health conditions. Being compared to the everyday healthy adult is just a reminder of how unwell some of us may be.

I have recently had an awful experience with Fitbit, trying to get my faulty product at least looked at and potentially fixed. Trying to get through to anybody is extremely difficult, and isn’t straight forward at all. There is no complaints department which I would have found helpful in this situation. I would like to see Fitbit have multiple weight goals/body fat goals. Although it is nice to have one ultimate goal it would be ideal to be able to celebrate smaller victories along the journey. For instance when people go from the 200s lbs down to the 100s lbs they could have a goal of 199. Also date goals would be an improvement. For instance losing 5 lbs by April 1 and seeing your progress towards that goal.

I am new to smart watches and fitbit versa is my first one. My boyfriend has the apple watch and some functions he has looks smart, such as: can read the whole messages and previous messages sent like on a mobile. Can this be added to the new fitbit versa? Also is it possible to change the weather option to either Fahrenheit or Celceous please. I am 84 years old and I would like my sister who lives in Australia to be able to monitor my FitBit. I live in the USA and she is always worried about me. Her being able to see my activity would would assure here I am still alive and healthy. A feature like this would be good for children to monitor their old parents. Moderator Edit: Updated label

I'd like to see a feature similar to what was added to the Microsoft band recently, where there is the ability to use gps in a power saving mode where it periodically samples gps rather than continually tracking. This could apply to both gps (surge) and connected gps (using phone). It may be appropriate to limit this to certain activities (surge) eg walking & hiking use sampling while cycling, running etc use continous monitoring. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

App Suggestion Can you add a feature so you can have Real-Time Tracking of a friend or family member .... have two options ... One where you can toggle between their dashboard and yours for real-time views and another where you can add their #’s to your dashboard so they are side by side for competing and motivating each other, again, in real-time ... There should be an easy to print report that one could generate and hand over to their primary care physician for their review at an appointment. Would include all relevant information (food intake, activity, weight, etc.). Also, integration with EPIC patient records would be awesome. Am I missing the report? Quickly add a mood from the FitBit Device based on emoji. Automate metrics based on activity, time of day, and heart rate. Analytics to identify heightened heart rate outside of exercise with notification suggestions to use the Relax app. Report against activities (before and after), consistent moods against time of day and tracking over time.
