Hey,   I really like wearing the fitbit one and I am sad to see that all new developments go into wristbands. I would really like to see new trackers (for example with HR mode, cycling and the great stairs function of One) that you don't have to wear on your wrist. I work in a hospital/OR and am not allowed to wear any watches. And if I go somewhere official, I would much rather hide the tracker under my dress.   So please don't forget the non-wristband trackers and develop something new there. I believe fitbit, and similar devices are becoming increasingly mature and accepted in the general community in regards to health monitoring. For the FitBit Charge 4 and any other watch this affects, please add an option to store downloaded music locally on the watch (not just from Spotify, as not everyone subscribes to that) that can be listened to offline so a phone is not required (as that would undermine one of the main purposes of a watch). I love the new MobileRun features, but can't believe total steps accumulated during a run override FitBit tracker data!  And Mobile data doesn't count toward badges.  A feature like MobileRun needs to be compatible with the rest of your system and tracking (count toward badges, etc)!   OR the feature should map the run only and leave it to the device to track steps so Mobile Data doesn't override.   Moderator Edit: Updated label ... Flex 2 had a easy and strong silicon strap, with two push ins. The inspire has a loop and one push in. I used to use fitbit and loved doing the challenges with friends and family, but I wanted a nicer watch than fitbit makes, I would happily pay a monthly subscription to fitbit just to be able to use a different watch and participate in the challenges🤷. I’d love to see the Fitbit app for iOS offer the native share extension for exercise tracking. I could see the app passing data about the run/bike as well as an image of the route taken (if selected). As an example, check out Deliveries for iOS (App Store link). Here’s how its sharing extension works: “Sharing: you can now share a snapshot of your delivery, which is fun if you want to tweet about how that pre-order you’re so excited about just shipped. It tries to leave out stuff you probably don’t want to share, like the tracking number and your current location. I had to return my Fitbit for a replacement.  The promised timeframes have come and gone without hearing anything.  I cannot reach the shipping department in any way (chat, phone, etc), until a chat agent sends an email.  Then I can only reach by replying to that email.  This is a failure in customer service.  The department responsible (shipping) for replacements needs to be reachable when there is a failure. I think the female cycle should be able to be a display on the older fitbits too not just the newer ones (I’m not talking like the really old one, but like Alta HR )  because we don’t all have the time or money to keep buying new fitbits every time a new thing is added.  I think it would be a great idea if you would be able to put the female cycle on display like the newer ones.   ( I know you can access it in the app, but I’m talking letting you see it on your Fitbit screen.)    Moderator Edit: Title for Clarity ... Hi, kudos to Fitbit for making developers able to make apps and watch faces, it was one of the things I likes about my vivoactive HR. The only thing now is that the watch faces are getting very cluttered, and the current groups are not always complete. I'd like to see which faces are most popular, and which are the newest. Since "smart" bottles are coming out this year, can't we get one that syncs with Fitbit.  I'd love to track my water consumption but it's not always convenient to get my phone out, open the app, find the water section, and slide to get close to how much I just drank.  Having it automatically sync like everything else would make me so much more efficient!   Moderator edit: added labels ... Is there a possibility to make an aria that goes higher than 350 pounds? I was bummed when I saw the weight limit on it. This is for people to lose weight and stay fit right? I often lose step competitions because the exercise I do doesn’t generate a lot of steps.
