Hello, I am wondering (and hoping) that you will be coming out with a rose gold version of the metal bands for the Versa. I would love rose gold but really want a metal band and I can't picture the rose gold working with the ones you have showing currently. Maybe you should have something where you can see what the watch would look like with different bands (mix and match) because I would also love to see the rose gold watch bezel with the black and white special edition band, I am not a big fan of the purple for me. Having 10k steps etc as a goal is great but it would be fab if we could set active calorie goal instead. Ie achieve 500 active calories (500 calories over and above resting calories used). I know we can set a goal for total calories used but I'd like to see a goal for additional calories used through exercise. Moderator edit: Labels/Subject for clarity

It’d be great if the microphone on Versa 2 could be used for Siri on a paired iPhone instead of or in addition to Alexa e.g., Siri via the button and Alexa via the app). Siri’s available with Bluetooth earbuds and headphones connected to iPhones, but I’m not sure if the lack of a speaker would rule out the possibility for Versa 2. The addition of Siri access would be a significant feature, since it would provide greater control over music on the phone than what’s already on the watch (e.g., the ability to start playing music or to bring up a different album), the ability to add iCloud based reminders, the ability to send messages, etc.

I think that you should stop sending out weekly progress report emails because it's kind of hit or miss when you actually get around to sending them out. I've missed numerous weeks reports (and, yes, my email is working correctly) because they were never sent to me. Even one of your support people I talked to on a different problem stated that was an issue he had. Simple solution, make them available via the web interface. Thank you, Dan R. I remember a few years ago a tomogochi for kids where you had to raise and feed your pet. How about the same principle for kid's that to feed and wash and play with there pets they have to get there steps write and activity time e.t.c To feed their pet they have to do 5000 steps. To exercise their pet they have to do 30 mins of activity. To make sure there pet rests enough they have to achieve enough sleep at night. To play with there pet they have to do one of the fitbit challenges and the more they do the more they grow.

Fitbit is currently going on this trend, where companies, instead of telling their users what actually changed in an update, just tell them "mmh, yes, we did some BUG FIXES and IMPROVEMENTS". This is quite upsetting, because you don't know what kind of Pandora's Box you send onto your tracker as a firmware update. I suggest to: Retroactively provide proper changelogs for the last two Charge 3 updates that have just been labelled as "This release includes bug fixes and improvements." Continue to provide proper changelogs in the future. As a software developer, I am a strong believer in the need for users to know their software is doing - especially when that piece of software is what could make or break a device that launched for $149.95, which is the price a lot of people have purchased it for. It would be nice to have an option to pivot the screen on the Charge 3 to Landscape screen mode, as opposed to its default portrait mode. All of the same functions should fit equally as well, just oriented 90 degrees differently. This orientation is especially helpful when wearing the Charge 3 on the inner wrist.

My child’s fitbit ace 2 does not track his exercise. This is very disappointing for my kid who loves to track everything and uses the past info to help get better. Please get this on the fitbit ace 2!

Since I can not find out how far I have run in miles during the year without using pen and paper. It would be nice to have an alarm set to tell you when you have run 500 miles or getting close. Then I could order a new set of running shoes as recommended. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Please add another set of references in your sleep assessment on the app. The "typical" range isn't necessarily a healthy range, and should not be what anyone aspires to. Please include a "healthy" range, which - for most ages - differs greatly from the "typical" range. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity

As a flight attendant traversing many time zones, it would be extremely helpful to have a native face clock with an elegant design of a dual time zone that’s easy to change even when your phone is in airplane mode. Please consider. I may have to go back to using my Apple Watch for work. Though I’d rather only have to use my new Fitbit Versa.

I think fitbit should integrate with the concept2 PM5 indoor rowing machine computer. They have an open API I believe, and would be able to provide a ton of great data. This way, fitbit users could track their indoor rowing in depth along with other works and would not have to manually enter the data. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

when we answer calls, we love the convenience of the Versa. While I understand that they cant answer calls and talk to the person on your wrist, we could try to make it where we kinda can. Where when we answer a phone call, we can turn on the speaker. and raise the volume. Like if we are swimming, and don't have a water resistant phone, just turn on speaker and talk. No need to wipe your hands and yell hold on be right there to the person you are speaking to. Please vote! Thank you! and to the person who brought me here, @swim4lifekac

Currently the Charge 3 does not give a detailed sleep pattern (REM, light, deep) if you do not sleep for three hours initially. Apparently this is in the manual but was not in the informational material that I checked before buying the tracker. This makes it unusable for those of us who bought the Charge 3 as a sleep monitor as we have problems sleeping. I have only been able to get detailed tracking for 3 nights out of 8. I like the feature where you can set a goal for your run distance, but I wish I could set a custom distance. I'm training for a half marathon and often I want to run odd distances like 6.5km or 13km and so on.

Separate section for clock faces for versa 3 and sense. As trawling through clock faces can be a chore especially when then do not fit the screen that well when they are made for other versions of versa.

I mainly depend on the vibration to notify me of an incoming call. Being either in meetings or shred office spaces, my phone is on silent most of the time and the Fitbit (or other wearables) is what I depend on to know a call is coming. This is the major drawback that need to be resolved.

Provide option/choice for visual display of dashboard, to provide ease of use for your customers that visualize / receive /process information differently. Keep the tile dashboard, but provide and option to switch to the linear layout. App finally forced a switch for me today, and it is difficult to process the tiles visually. Thank you.

Hi I do bike racing on tracks of under 2 km length, with each track of an individual size. I think the fitbit ionic should allow you to set what the length of the track is for running, biking, swimming so you can count your laps and figure out lap times. Currently, the option is too large and standardised. Its nice the GPS can map out your total distance, etc, but other fitness apps available on phones allow for customised lap distances, etc. I much rather have it all on my fitbit ionic. cheers Moderator Edition: Format & Labels

Would love a slim form factor fitness tracker kind of like the flex 2 but with the charge 3 type of measurement. I wouldn't need a screen, just something as thin as possible but with the same kind of data that I'd get from my charge 3. Hi. My friend, daughter and I wonder if more people are interested in having a map every month on fitbit. Where we all in the world can join and collect stars along the way and when you have passed 200,000 steps get a mark and then continue to swim .. (the samsung health app has so). Right now I sync my watch to that app because it motivates me enormously .. and it would be much easier to just have fitbit .. with friendly greetings from Åland Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and updated label

Please create a clip on tracker like the One that counts steps and flights of stairs. Some of us want simple like it used to be. And do not move this to the topic that says "RELEASED" as no one can comment further and the Inspire does not count flights of stairs. Please listen to those who got Fitbit to where it was.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic a lot of folks aren’t getting the exercise or sleep we need. When we’re being forced to shelter in place or social distance and gyms and outdoor recreational facilities are all closed, it’s really disheartening to see a bright red pop-up reminding us that we’re not getting enough activity. Honestly the last thing people need is a guilt trip over not meeting their goals and the red insights have ALWAYS been jarring, but now they’re incredibly upsetting. I would absolutely LOVE to get outside and get my steps in, but I’m asthmatic and I live in the epicenter for COVID-19 deaths in the United States so it’s a risk for me to ignore the recommendations to stay home and away from other people. Seeing these bright red callouts is more likely to impact my mental health than anything else. If Fitbit won’t give us a way to turn off insights can they at least go back to the old appearance and not these angry red messages that the thumbs down button doesn’t actually stop?
