I am using Fit Bit Versa 4 watch from 8 months. I love the watch as it is very accurate. I am a person with disability having Low Vision issues. Due to this I cannot use the Fit Bit Versa 4 watch effectively. Need to allow for the double tap shortcut menu to have the shortcuts changed per user preference. This was allowed on Versa 3.

I purchsed the above watch last week, after much research. The main features I wanted aside from the fitness aspect was Google Pay. After much stress of trying to set this up, thinking that I wasn't doing something correctly, it became clear that the software for using Google Pay isn't available until 'sometimes in Spring 2023' .

Due to losing my Fitbit Versa 3 Smartwatch, I bought a replacement Versa 4 device. I was not aware on purchasing the new device that the Detect Snoring is not available. Only found out by contacting support. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject.

Add an option to send notifications to the smartwatch ONLY when the phone display is off (locked). This option is available literally in every smartwatch, also low-end ones! So disappointed it's not present in the versa 4!

On future watches use a bootloader that if two bootable images exist let the user decide which to boot. This would avoid for the most part bricking devices with a firmware image update as the user could always go back to the previous image. It would require an updated bootloader and sufficient memory to hold two OS copies.

I need the water tile and the weight tile on the watch to be added back. It was very convenient to log these directly on the watch when phone isn’t nearby. With the updating of the versa 4, I expected more features not less. Also, no longer have the music app to control music from the watch. Moderator edit: Clarified subject and updated label

Add a feature that prevents overchargeing in fitbit versa 2, versa series and on all fitbit watches if possible. So in the fitbit mobile app (or watch setting) Allow the user to enable/disable overcharge protection, use fitbit recommended battery percentage (uses less cycles in the battery and generally last good) for battery protection.

Add ability to enter "Time in sunlight" (for Vitamin D) in the same way you have "Log some water" tracking by user input. I soaked in 20 min of sunlight Sunday to get my vitamin D. I want to track this in FitBit. Moderator Edit: Label

The default volume for answered calls is always too low. Having to turn it up for every call while driving is dangerous and defeats the ability to use it as a hands free device. Please allow the users to set their volume defaults for calls, music, whatever. We know what we need and it is quite annoying to have to adjust it every time.

I have just received my Versa 3, after a Versa 2. I would like to be able to increase the font size on notifications and other features, as it is possible to manage it on a smartphone. I feel that Spotify should be made where you don't need premium or to be connected to another device that's playing Spotify in order to listen to it. In my experience having to connect to a computer/mobile device when I wanna go for a run is not what I wanna do, cause in the time I do that I could've just used my phone to listen to Spotify.

Replace the long and tedious process for replacing faulty devices with an over the counter exchange. Where Fitbit sends the user an authorization code for an exchange at any shop that sells their devices.The shop would be responsible for the return of the device and would receive an free device from Fitbit.

An option to automatically put the watch into do not disturb mode once a workout has been started on the watch. It doesn't have to be do not disturb, can even be a newly named setting, maybe even a toggle named "disable watch notifications during workout".

I would love to upgrade my Versa to either the Versa 3 or the Sense in order to get the internal GPS capability. However, the color options (black and rose gold) are very limited - what happened to the silver? While I'd love to stay with Fitbit, a wearable that clashes with all of my other jewelry just won't cut it. Looking elsewhere 😞 Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Please add a swim stroke tracker so that folks who swim in open water or in an endless pool can utilize the the swim exercise function. This was an issue with the ionic and needs to be fixed in an exercise tracker that claims it track swimming.
