I would love to have a crescendo option for the silent alarm. I wore a Garmin watch and took for granted the slow ramp up from a soft vibrate to full and faster vibrate of the alarm. I startle with the versa alarm every morning when I wake. Moderator edit: Labels

On top of wanting the find my phone function to return, it would be useful if fitbit made trackers for keychains, like Tile. It makes sense because you always have your watch on, why not make it the central hub for finding misplaced items around the house or at work? I just switched from Alta to Inspire HR and frankly, the Notifications screen is pretty useless because the type is so small and it scrolls so fast. There needs to be a setting where the Notifications display can be changed to scroll from bottom to top like the Alta's - allowing a little more time to read the notification as it scrolls and slightly larger (or maybe it looks larger because it is not so crowded) font. Add a Bike Ride activity and the option to NOT count steps. Also, when using other 3rd party apps (Digifit, MapMyRide) the step count should be optional. Add a button to use/not use the steps during the activity. Currently, in order to remove the extraneous, incorrect steps, we have to add an activity (riding in a car or truck) , set it to 0 miles and add the times and calories. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

I've bought 2 Flex, 2 Charges in 6 years. I've not used Fitbit in over a year. I stopped when - without prior warning - my phone GPS had to be on full time & my computer would no longer give me the overview of the data my Fitbit collected, I'm a senior citizen. This forum seems to be the only way to say you've lost me as a customer. Pity.

No, I'm not going to complain about the new Sleep Stages, I actually think that it provides interesting information. However, I would like to suggest having both views available. I like to see my Restless/Active sleep patterns, but it would great to compare that, on a daily basis, to the Stages and see at which point I was hitting REM or Deep sleep. We have a wellness program at work. We have to turn in details about workouts for wellness points and end of program payout. A feature to add to exporting would be my workouts/activity history, this information is needed to show as proof I really did the exercise. Would like to be able to see list of activities available to chose from. Now I just have to guess eg "Yardwork" is not on list but "gardening" is; "cardio dance" is not but "Zumba" is, "strength training" is not but "weights" is. For those of us who don't think about activities the way the creators of this list do, it would be nice to see what the choices are. Don't tell me to just enter the first letter of what I want (as was suggested as a solution to the last person who asked for this) -- ithat wouldn't work for any of the above activites I tried to find.

Using the Driving feature is very useful for making your step count more accurate however there is currently no simple and quick way to log drives. Currently when you log "Driving" as an exercise it is contributing as an exercise in my exercise goals; even when I have done no other activity on that day. It would be helpful if driving were treated as a null in the exercise goals and if there was a way to hide driving activity in the app when looking though your recent and past exercise logs. The purpose of the "driving" feature is to negate erroneous counted steps therefore it is odd that "driving" counts as an exercise. It would also be handy to have in the app a switch to toggle on and off for a "Drive Mode" rather that having to input exact times; this is cumbersome and a hassle to do currently especially when in a rush. I think that it would be helpful if women could have the option to share this data with their Spouse. I know that you can share you step info but I would think it would be helpful if the spouse could tell what is going on with the person they have to put up with without having to ask or be told. Please change the way applications are provided to watches. Allow the user to select the country in the fitbit app and then provide the list of application for that country. Presently the source IP address of the user determines the applications they can install. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

As someone who eats a lot of different ethnic foods, I have been really struggling using the Fitbit calorie count on the app. Couldn’t you guys allow for people to input and save recipes that the app could count calories and macros for using your existing database? Also, as someone with a family history of high BP and other medical issues, I think that the option to count sodium intake, or fat types or vitamins would be awesome. Because right now I’m essentially using multiple apps to do these things and if Fitbit had it all that would really give the app an edge over competitors.

Fitbit makes it very easy to create custom activities, but it is impossible to manage them or delete them. This can cause many headaches for Fitbit users when custom activities are created due to problems with the Fitbit activity database. (See: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/How-to-delete-custom-activity/m-p/812764#M30307) Custom activies can be deleted from your Favorites list, and entries of you doing a custom activity can be removed from your activity log, but they never get removed from the "Most Logged", "Recent", or activity search. Since these activities are custom, let users modify them or delete them. This will save time and frustration when using the activity search in the future. Moderator edit: Labels

Just a quick suggestion, would it be possible to reply to text messages via the wireless headphone going forward? If on the iOS or any other phone have the option to reply, instead of having a keypad because the watch is so small, could a facility be put in place were we speak the reply through the headphones and that then writes the message out to reply? The alta hr allowed me to change the orientation of the clock face to horizontal show the day and date and to tap for each one the features to show nice and clear and big. Solar charged watches have been around for a while now (I use to have a citizens watch) and I think solar charged Fitbit would be a great new product due to the fact while your charging it (wall charged) you miss out of a lot of steps (1-2 hours steps add up quickly) Moderator Edit: Added Labels

When I first got my Surge and you viewed a GPS activity in the web dashboard there was a little pointer on the route that showed where you were at a particular time that changed as your mouse moved over the one of the graphs at the bottom. This was very useful for being able to see what portion of the route caused your HR to go up/down, etc... Please bring it back. Moderator edit: Labels

Please make it so if I go into another app or press the off button on my phone, I can still hear the meditation. It always shuts off as soon as I leave the app. I need to be able to have the screen off at night so the light is not disturbing my sleep and so my phone battery is not drained. If the phone screen shuts itself off then the meditation also stops. This should be a simple fix. It would also be nice to be able to hear the relaxing sounds while doing other things on my phone. When the exercise tracker is in use, I cannot access any other screens on the Charge 5. Notifications will show up briefly, but if I do not feel my watch vibrate to read the message in time, there is no way to swipe to the notification screen. Please add that function! I'd like to make a suggestion to Fitbit to work in conjunction with Slimming Worlds Body Magic , basically for those in Slimming World Groups they have a Body Magic Awards of how much excercise you do a week, but it's not really warranted and it's by your say so if you do them each week, if it was calculated How many steps where done to earn an award then this could be taken into account with the Fitbit device, so if it was calculated with fitbit then they would sell more devices , pretty much like how Iceland are working together with there slimming world meals Moderator Edit: Added Labels

Please allow customization to the screen raise-to-wake on the Sense 2. Currently the screen doesn't fully awake until I've been holding my wrist upright for a second or two. Please allow users to have the screen wake immediately, or the ability to speed up the fade-in animation.
