Please double check the HRV measurements: For many users the rates of HRV are very low and somehow scary. Please check this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Does-the-Charge-4-calculate-HRV-accurately/td-p/4498519

bought a FB ace lte with the thought of creating a digital well being for my child, building trust with her. My wife and I would love for the feature of being able to see sent/received messages that are being transferred between other contacts including my wife's. Please help and add this feature soon so that we can keep this instead of selling it

Please rewite the Dashboard and Log on the web site using non-Flash technology, preferably HTML5.
Flash is too much of a resource hog on desktops and doesn't run on iOS devices.

Previously, I could open my ‘resting HR’ for that day, or a previous day and see both ‘exercise zone mins’, and the total cals burned via Exercise zones. ‘Exercise zones’ was removed, however ‘Active Zone Mins’ is the same concept, and although the individual zone min entries show cals burned, we also need total cals burned via ‘active zone mins’.

I'd like to suggest to have a weekend and weekday choice to set my "Reminders to Move" steps. I am not as active during the weekday because of my sit down job but on weekends I like to move alllll day. So I would like to modify my hours of activity by weekend and by weekdays.

Fitbit is the market leading provider of fitness wearables for the average everyday user, followed closely by apple (but Apple are boring). So why is Google forcing us to use YouTube music. That is just based on greed, you wouldn't limit your pixel phones to YouTube only? Music is an important part of exercise for most people users.

Good Day. I am impressed by the implementation of "Period Cycles" etc under "Female Health" and all of the (well thought out) subsequent suggestions by the community on this subject. However, aside from "ELLYMAY46" who posed a question on "Hot Flushes", Fitbit has completely neglected the consideration of the ladies undergoing Menopause (in any one of the three stages). Now ladies, please bear in mind that Menopause may begin as early as in one's 30's. There are many cycles to a female's body in her life time, not just "the dreaded period part". Please consider adding Menopause as part of "Female Health. We are not all grey headed great grandmothers who are bed ridden with one foot at deaths' door. Not only the beautiful, young, with their lithe firm bodies wear Fitbit. Menopause can strike at any time and it affects every lady differently. It's duration also differs from one to another. You only understand it's annoying symptoms if you have / had them. Thank you.

Please update the sleep tracker and move away from “Restless” vs “Asleep” to focus more on “Light” vs “Deep” sleep. From your definition of “Restless” sleep and from what my tracker says, “Restless” really seems to represent a lighter sleep. This is still sleep, and is an important part of a person’s sleep cycle (a person cannot just be in deep sleep and unmoving all night, it is necessary to cycle). I don’t quite understand why restless (or light) sleep would not count towards a person’s overall sleep. The way your tracker is currently configured seems to create some panic in blogs, because people see that they have only slept 4 of 8h, for example, and assume that they have some kind of a sleeping disorder.
It would be more helpful to know whether we have slept 7-9 hours (including light and deep sleep), and whether we get around the 30-40% deep sleep that is suggested. I think this could be an easy integration, the Fitbit already has the movement and HR data necessary to decipher between the two, at least approximatively. In other words, something to help determine the quality of sleep would be excellent and make the Fitbit the best overall wellbeing tracker. If there was a way to integrate a smart alarm to make sure wakeup is during a light sleep cycle, that would be even better!

I love my Fitbit and it's a great way of measuring , seeing how well my neurological condition is doing (Myasthenia Gravis). It would be amazing feature if I could also log my medication on the app as it would really help when I go to my neurologist for him to see a complete overall view of my health and how I am coping etc

It seems with most data you can view it over time to see improvements like resting heart rate. With the cardio fitness score, I only see what it currently is. Can we have a new screen within the heart rate data where we can track our fitness score over time? I’ve noticed I’ve improved but I can’t remember my old score! Thanks!!

If it can be possible, please support this issue.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. I hope this issue can improve your sales & market share in Thailand

Please, please create a native SMS app for the Fitbit Sense. If we can already reply from text messages that pop up in our notifications, then we should be able to have an SMS app. And make it so images from texts show up on our watch also!. This would be huge to pulling in more "smartwatch" consumers to your devices!

It would be great if SmartTrack could recognise the motion of rowing - ergo, sculling or sweep oar. As indicated by one of the moderators these are not 'steps' but there is a defined motion and I would imagine that this could be differentiated. Once recognised, the rowing rate could be shown / logged alongside the heart rate. Maybe a bit specialist for Fitbit's user base, but if the GPS was to be used in conjunction with SmartTrack, a rolling 500m split time alongside the rowing rate could be displayed and logged when on the water, which if accurate I'm sure rowing users would pay extra for. Fitbits that have the sensors for HRV tracking (and SpO2) should be tracked all day. This is important data to show body stress. The daily readiness score is in desperate need of improvement particularly in needing better HRV data Moderator edit: Clarified subject for clarity.

It would be a nice time-saver to have the ability to customize the ‘Quick Add’ buttons (the buttons that say Cup, bottle, large bottle) - It would make it easier if I could replace one of those with my own custom option (I.e - 600ml bottle).
I know we can add any amount we choose using the number pad, however that means a few extra clicks compared to the idea that so am suggesting.

We need to be able to track the effect of our period on our bowels. Those with endometriosis get constipation and diarrhoea. If women have these symptoms and haven’t had the operation, they can show their doctor the frequency of symptoms. Unless you have endo, you have no idea how painful it is.

Since some of Fitbit's watches already have an SpO2 sensor, access to the sensor should be added to the SDK. Even if Fitbit itself isn't ready to support SpO2, developers can at least begin working with the sensor and developing apps that can be published once Fitbit officially turns the sensor on.

Since you control all what is allowed as clocks/faces on this device, consider offering more choices and or customization. The charge 6 is already severely held back with no 3rd party allowed by choice. Clocks would be a nice compromise for this little device don't you agree? Such a small change would help keep the customers too.

Here is an opportunity for Fitbit project managers and developers to provide a greatly needed service to their device users, many of which would appreciate Fitbit’s assistance in managing their health.
Many of the users of Fitbit devices have real health issues and have to monitor different elements of their nutritional intake throughout the day. Other users have also voiced their desire to have a dynamically viewable recap of just where they stand at any point in the day.
Individuals with heart issues quite often need to be aware of their sodium intake or risk heart failure. And if truth be told, everyone else should be a little more aware of their sodium intake, as well.
Diabetics and pre-Diabetics need to keep abreast of their sugar intake throughout the day, not just at the day end. And for anyone wanting to lose a little, or even a lot, of weight should be watching their sugar intake, because what sugar cannot be used by muscles gets stored as fat.
Many people are literally afraid to eat out with friends or family sometimes because they are not positive about their current daily intake of a particular nutrient. Many spur-of-the-moment social opportunities are lost because they don’t know their current sodium or sugar totals for the day.
Why not, from the food log page of the Fitbit app have the Macronutrients icon be a touchable hotspot that would display this:
The data in the graphic represents my actual intake on 1/19/2018 with the exception of vitamin and other base elements, but all of the information is available for quick retrieval from the Fitbit servers. And to quote Fitbit, “Your data belongs to you!”
I personally would be quite happy if that is all that was done, and as a first release it would be great. But it would be totally feasible to incorporate other requests for allowing the entry of target values for many of the nutrients shown in the label above. Values such as Calories, Carbs, Protein and Sodium. A new column next to “% Daily Value” called “Your Target” or just “Target” could be added.
Thank you Fitbit for having the Custom Foods creation capability that allowed be to create a food that actually represents my booked food totals for 1/19/2018.

It would be nice to have a tracker without display that is very slim, just like the Fitbit Flex 2 used to be, maybe an improved version. No competitors offer similar devices. The Flex was one of a kind.

When I run, I like to do interval training based on my heart rate. The haptic activity zone alerts (entering fat burn and cartdio zone) are perfect for this as they alert me without having to check my watch. I need one more haptic alert. Extiing Fat Burn zone. This would alert if my HR Falls below the fat burn range.
