Please add the Sleep score feature to the dashboard. I am unable to install the app on my tablet. So all I have is the dashboard.

Hey Fitbit Support, can you program the activity tracker to show the actual and the target for that day? I've been gradually increasing my step count which is great for me but when I look back at history it shows the new target not the target I had for that day

I suggested this a long time ago, but since the food log is now going through some changes, I think I'll bring it up again:
It would be useful to have checkboxes beside each food item so users can enter several foods at once instead of one at a time. For instance, if I could check off bread, ham, lettuce, and mayo from my Recent, Frequent, or Custom lists, click submit, and all 3 items will be added at once to the food log. And, if the checkboxes are also added to the food log entries as well (basically, anywhere food items are listed), I could delete or move several items at once by checking them off first.
Currently, it requires too much hunting and clicking to enter several items one at a time. This was also true of the original food log design. It's especially cumbersome on the mobile app—too many steps to add/delete/move just a couple items.
I've noticed on the forum that there's significant demand for an update to the Fitbit Connect app for Mac. It'd be great to be able to sync to a laptop directly with recent devices.

Sometimes I like to compare things. For example, I would love to check my first days with having the watch to my latest scores, and... I have to click. Having a calendar would have been so much easier than clicking 100+ times.
It would be cool to have the days marked when the watch was used (I, for example, don't take fitbit with me when traveling abroad without access to civilization with power supplies).
I would really love it! It's so simple ![]()
I miss the happy faces on the Dashboard when a goal is met. The stars don't motivate me like the Happy Faces did. Hopefully we can get them back.

As a patron who uses an iPhone with the iOS version of the Fitbit App, with a heart condition, I need to frequently download, store and email my PDF results to my physician.

Thanks for adding the time within the custom heart rate zone information to the mobile application. Please also add this information to the web application!

Steps aren't everything (I'm a cyclist...).
If the idea of fitbit is to increase people's activity, could the friend's leaderboard be based on active minutes rather than steps?

I'd like the ability to overlay different data sets on top of each other for comparison and correlation.. things like resting heart rate Vs Weight over time, or avg night's sleep Vs resting heart rate over time, or altitude Vs Speed Vs heart rate for a ride, etc.
this would help with long term trending of data, but also specific training scenarios and sessions.

Mu understanding is the only access to the estimated oxygen variation chart is thru an app.

Hi Team, the weekly stats are fantastic. It would be awesome to have the historic weekly stats made available from the dashboard. Maybe this already exists and I don't know about it?

When you go to the main web site www.fitbit.com to login, the process is not smooth. First you click on User Icon, then you enter in your email and password, it then brings you right back to the main page. The main page is formatted for non-users. I believe that after you login, it should take you to a page that has links just for users. Same thing for log out, needs to be user friendly.

Consider allowing the customer the view they wish to use to input food, I always updated this on my PC because I hate the method the app uses vs PC unless I was on the road.
The change was made without asking your users and that's just not right.
Thank you for your time,

For static (-vs- e.g., AJAX) webpages, showing a time in relative terms (e.g. "3 minutes ago") is misleading if the page hasn't just been refreshed.
Please consider replacing that item with the actual date/time string.
I just want to say THANK YOU to the product developers for adding the CrossFit option in Activities!

It would be great to add option to define stride lenghts at different speeds. For example I did calculations based on a treadmill and the results are:
5 km/h ......... 70 cm
8,5 km/h ....... 84 cm
9,2 km/h ....... 91 cm
10 km/h ........ 98 cm
12 km/h ........ 117 cm
so it is hard to define "running stride length" as it varies significantly with speed.

I wish there was an option to limit the number of low battery emails to one. Currently, my FitBit Flex emails me EVERY 20 MINUTES. If the battery gets low when I'm sleeping or otherwise not checking my email, I end up with 20 or 30 emails in my inbox. It's very annoying. Currently, there is only an option to get these emails or turn them off completely. I just want ONE simple email for a low battery, not 20!

The fitbit quiz (https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/find-your-fit) should ask the age of the user. After taking the quiz we ordered a versa 4 for our 11 year old daughter's birthday. She's a runner and was so excited to use it. When we found out that she can only use the Ace and we would need to return the Versa 4 she cried. Thank you!

I would really like to be able to reset the calories to zero. Upon waking up mine reads over 400 calories used. I do not wear my Alta to sleep in, so when I put it on, the calories should say zero. I would love to have a way to set it to zero. Otherwise I just have to ignore the calories burned setting, which is too bad, because it could be useful!

Upon my Fitbit breaking, I recently attempted to return my iPhone's Fitbit app to tracking data using the phone's onboard M7 chip instead of my Flex. It turns out, a Fitbit device can not be disassociated with an account.
When I asked customer service about this, their advice was to start a new account. This is absurd. I have invested a ton of time into collecting data in my current account. Fitbit has got to allow this basic feature in a future update.

Hello,
it would be really nice if i could adjust my calories burnt during my idle times. I'm not working out or anything else, i also have a desk job. My FitBit Blaze shows me around 2400 calories burned during my normal day, but i'm a fast metabolizer, it's a very rare "disease". And on a normal day i burn about 3500 calories. So it would be nice to adjust the tracker to that.
Thx in advance
