Enable Fitbit to sync with the app called 8fit. This app has tons of good reviews and is an asset to physical health & fitness. The ability to sync it with Fitbit would be an even better option! Moderator edit: labels

it's very difficult to find clock faces that allow the screen to always be on (or always dimmed). The only way is to download each clock and try them. I would suggest adding the ability to easily identify or filter for the clocks that allow the screen to always be on

There should be a Community Group for people with chronic pain/illness, since these people face unique challenges regarding getting & staying fit and active.

In my opinion, the food database is absolutely pathetic! I hate having to log in a custom food every single time I eat something different than I can find. Is there a way for us as users, to update the database for everyone, rather than just for our own use? I feel like the database would expand so much faster if we could all share and then notify Fitbit for a fix if we find an error in someone elses' logged food. I end up having to refer to MyFitnessPal for the nutritional information if I don't have the box/packaging with me. Even on MFP you can decide if you want to log it for your own use or add to the public database. Which is why their database is so much better than FitBits! Very frustrating and it limits the usage greatly. My goal is to get exercise and track my intake/burn. NOT sit on the computer spending 20 minutes logging what I ate for the day and finding all the packaging to add custom foods when necessary. Moderator Edit: Updated label

I was just about to go to bed when I got the low battery notification, so now I gotta leave my band to charge for a bit before I can turn it. If it's at all feasible, it would be such a big improvement if you could customise battery level alerts. I would for instance like to be alerted an hour before my normal bed time, so that I could have time to charge without postponing my sleep, if the battery is getting low. (I value the sleep analysis feature). It might also be useful if you could decide how low the battery could go before it sends out the low battery notification, for planning reasons. Or display battery levels on the app (PC and phone) at all times, so that it won't come as a surprise. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

I need the water tile and the weight tile on the watch to be added back. It was very convenient to log these directly on the watch when phone isn’t nearby. With the updating of the versa 4, I expected more features not less. Also, no longer have the music app to control music from the watch. Moderator edit: Clarified subject and updated label

I would like to see an option to include disabilities including invisible illness’ on the app. Could have advise and suggestions from known charities etc that support those with the conditions. But I would like the app to adjust the goals with the conditions in mind. Maybe other ways to help manage the condition like reminders of physio exercises?

Sense can save images as a background, therefore, I believe you should be able to see images sent via text. The programming is possible.

I'm fairly sure it never used to be an issue, but I can no longer see my run times to the exact time in my Android app. I can see the splits to the second, but the overall run time is rounded to the nearest minute, which is obviously not useful. I've searched the app for exact run times, but can't find it. Seems odd to no longer be a feature. I'm using the Surge and GPS to track my exercise. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity

I use the Android app and the fitbit.com website, and it's frustrating that the feature content is different between these interfaces. For example, I get "sleep score" in the app but not on the website. I can use the app to change the clockface on my Inspire HR but not to change between 12 and 24 hour mode - I have to do this via the website. There are probably other differences that I haven't discovered yet. Any chance of a unified requirements specification? Update details. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity

Maybe do Goal Day 2020? Fitbit didn't do goal day for 2018 or 2019. Some of us have never even been able to participate in such events yet despite many users rallying for Fitbit to continue Goal Day or having other solo adventures like NYC (that I've read so much about but never got to do) or Pohono Trail, Fitbit has instead continued to ignore it's users and drop the ball. Fitbit is really disappointing me.

We should be able to decline incoming calls on the new Charge 3. Headsets can do this via Bluetooth, I’d think the watch is capable. It would be very useful to decline calls from the watch without having to take our phone out. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

Can you get my Fitbit to link with the SkiTracks app? This app collects lots of informationmation like distance travelled, fastest speed, etc. It can tell the difference between when I am skiing and when I am on the lift. In the new adventures you are penalized when walking too far. You are unable to collect all the treasures. I actually walked less so I could collect them all. Yet still on a trip to the store I went too long between syncing and missed treasures. I feel you should allow a time limit to go into your journal and accept challenges and collect treasures missed during your workout or work day. Moderator edit: Clarified subject.

As someone that mountain bikes and hikes quite frequently it bothers me that the elevation gains and losses are not tracked accurately and are converted to flights of stairs in both the app and the tracker. It would be nice to see a software change implemented that would at least show the altitude change as a graph in the app and on the Blaze itself allow the ability to change the readout from stairs to elevation period. Also as shown in the picture below from the website dashboard an elevation change of around 1000 feet shows up as 90 feet. It reads this way whether I do a single run for the whole trip or if I do a seperate activity for up and down. Moderator edit: Added Labels

I think an inverse mode could be nice for the watch (text = black and background = white). With my Pebble i could read the time and other informations much better than the actual way on view. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity and labels.

Cardio score graph has totally changed!!! It used to be sections & colours with a marker that moved up with your fitness, which was awesome for setting goals! But now it's no colours & you can't see the little dot moving to know if you are getting fitter which can leave you feeling heartbroken, can't see any rewards for the effort being put in.

Please have Fitbit ACE LTE automatically update its position every X minutes to refresh the location of a child automatically rather than just manually. Another popular kids watch has a live track feature that can be started/ended by the parent. To prevent any unwanted damage to the battery of the Charge 6: provide an option to turn off the Charge 6 e.g. via menu option or key (combination).

Unless I log an activity, doesn’t show heart rate metrics. I can’t quickly see calories expended, average heart rate, or time in heart rate zones I have to click into an activity to see any details. Sometimes heart rate metrics show up, sometimes they don’t. Old graph far superior.

One of the nine features of the previous Versa watches was the ability to have 3rd party clocks available on the watch. With the Versa 4 the selection of clock faces are very limited with very few 3rd party clocks available. Whether this is from lack of an SDK for the developers or a choice by Fitbit, as users some of us like the ability to switch.

When starting an excersise or activity on the smart watch it’s be handy if when starting the activity it synchronised on phone (iPhone) while your doing it your stats such as miles heart rate etc on the watch for like when you’re going for a bike ride and phone is on handle bar mount.
