Why can't I see all of the new Sense data and ECG PDF download on the Fitbit Dashboard? Moderator edit: Clarified subject and updated label

If you take the ECG test on the Sense when your heart rate is over 100, the result will be "inconclusive". Competitors apparently give results up to 120 bpm. I realize a resting heart rate over 100 is Tachycardia and unlikely for most of your customers, but it's a cop-out to not give any result. Moderator edit: Clarified subject

Being able to set specific times where the screen brightness can be on dim (i.e. for sleeping) but then be able to schedule the brightness to automatically change to normal or bright during the day for ease of use outside.

The Netherlands Nutrition Centre (https://www.voedingscentrum.nl/nl/service/english.aspx / Voedingscentrum) has a vast database of reliable food information concerning practically every food available in the Netherlands. It would be helpful if Fitbit could import this database to their Food tracker app or could sync with the app Mijn Eetmeter.

The app needs to offer advice on what various metrics mean. For example with my resting HR is increasing this could mean you have to slow down or take a rest day

Bluetooth connection is lost when phone and watch are physically located in different rooms in our home, because of the concrete walls. So in order to get notifications on the watch I have to keep carrying the phone with me around the house.

I'm using an oculus quest 2, it -like the fitbit- has bluetooth, so should in theory be syncable. Wouldn't it be great if it could automatically detect and log VR-usage as an exercise? I think this is something you'd both mutually want. I'm sure oculus would love accurate health data on their platform, as I'm sure you would love accurate tracking.

I own a JTX Sprint 9 treadmill which has a blue-tooth connection module which can directly interact with some online running programs running on a tablet. This functionality suggests its potential ability to exchange data with a FBit - I own a Charge 2. I'd love to see an upgrade which could take the run data directly off of the treadmill.

I searched for blueberries and the only ones that came up were frozen or processed as a pie or a muffin, or canned, there was nothing for fresh and raw (the healthiest way of eating them). I suggest having the food database be complete with every fruit and vegetable in their raw and fresh format listed.

Add tools (weekly graph or something else) to track daily intake for "caffeine, salt, sugar, cholesterol, saturated fat and trans fat" since it is recommended to limit the amount of those taken each day.

I bought the Sense for the ECG app. I'm based in the UK & travel a lot. Every time I travel to countries that aren't ECG app approved the device deletes the ECG app without any user prompt. This is a major flaw. Either allow third party ECG apps to develop or don't partially roll out ECG feature.

While I know this request's been made with each new Fitbit (I've been a Fitbit customer for years), I've not given up hope that Fitbit will finally listen to us & elongate a band to use our Fitbits on our ankles. Especially while we're continuing to shelter-in-place, please support our remaining safe with a band long enough for ankles. TY

The new Mindfulness tracker is fine but I would love the ability to synchronise with the Balance Meditation & Sleep App, so that any meditations I do on Balance automatically log in Fitbit (similar to the way my nutrition sync's from MyFitnessPal).

Please make an open ended meditation option with no time limit. Just some nice, relaxing nature sounds and the ability to meditate for as long as we like! I'd really love to see how my heart rate changes over the course of a 20-30 minute meditation! Thank you!

I’m trying to get a handle on my sleep and breathing patterns. It would be so helpful if the sleep stages chart and the breathing charts were together so I could compare the data. That would mean putting the “time spent in each stage” on top of the sleep graph rather than between.

The new release of ECG capability is fantastic but it appears to only capture Afib. It would be great to add readings for those of us with ventricular arrhythmias too

Please, please create a native SMS app for the Fitbit Sense. If we can already reply from text messages that pop up in our notifications, then we should be able to have an SMS app. And make it so images from texts show up on our watch also!. This would be huge to pulling in more "smartwatch" consumers to your devices!

I noticed that dnd mode activates itself when wearing the fitbit... A "long press" on the sides while just bending de wrist makes pop the dnd function... then an unwanted smooth touch (clothes or...) activates DND mode !! If we can choose what the "long press" does, we can avoid that problem ! I'd like to start a stopwatch with the long press

The latest generation of devices include a skin temperature sensor, but currently it is only used during sleep. Especially in the current world situation I'm asked to check my temperature multiple times per day. It would be nice if I could just tap my watch rather than picking up the IR thermometer that multiple other people have been handling.

When it's night time, the screen on my Sense seems HELLA bright and it's almost painful to look at. I know it auto-dims, but the dimmest setting seems not dim enough. If I adjust the brightness down, it's not bright enough during daylight. Moderator edit: Clarified subject
