I have purchased a Samsung watch to call, text etc however I am unable to sync my fitness data to my fitbit or download the fitbit app to my Samsung watch. I would love to see Samsung and fitbit work together for this integration. The fitbit app is much better for fitness however the watch alone is not useful for other day to day task. Please Help

Fitbit should allow multiple devices, even of the same type, to be added to one's fitbit account. For example multiple pixel watches. I'm being forced to select the label for this post, but none of them quite meet the needs of what I'm trying to say.

I found the rolling calendar much easier to see trends for resting heartrate, rather than the locked calendar week/month/year. At the start of a week or month, the chart is just a point, which isn't very useful.

Add a feature that prevents overchargeing in fitbit versa 2, versa series and on all fitbit watches if possible. So in the fitbit mobile app (or watch setting) Allow the user to enable/disable overcharge protection, use fitbit recommended battery percentage (uses less cycles in the battery and generally last good) for battery protection.

I love the new MobileRun features, but can't believe total steps accumulated during a run override FitBit tracker data! And Mobile data doesn't count toward badges. A feature like MobileRun needs to be compatible with the rest of your system and tracking (count toward badges, etc)!
OR the feature should map the run only and leave it to the device to track steps so Mobile Data doesn't override.

Please can the app simultaneously sync and give notification about multiple devices. Eg I have one adult and two children's devices linked on my fitbit app on my phone, but it only gives notifications about whichever profile it's logged into at the time, therefore the other 2 are totally silent unless I'm constantly switching profiles to check!

There should be an option in the app to delete specific laps, not just the whole exercise. For example, when running if you forget to click finish once the run is complete the last lap will be a "cooldown period/walk".

It would be beneficial and much appreciated if you would offer a discount to seniors for your Premium service. My husband and I are both retired and, although I love my Fitbit, the annual charge is a bit steep. Please consider a discount for seniors.

During vigorous exercise, I would like beeps at specific intervals - for example running or climbing stairs. It would be nice to be able to set beeps every certain number of minutes (configurable), or every km / mile, or every lap (manual or automatic). Thanks!

I've purchased a Polar H10 strap to use during my martial arts training, as my Sense isn't comfortable to wear under boxing gloves. I love the ability to be able to log the exercise and the calories burned in my Fitbit app, but it would be even better if I could also add avg bpm and max bpm alongside active zone minutes.

Self-charging wristwatches have been made by major manufacturers like Citizen, Casio, and Seiko for years now. Most of them recharge the watch battery using either a small solar panel or a system that generates electricity from the motion of the watch as it's wearer moves. Right now, I have to keep a seperate log for my doctor on my blood sugar levels. It would be very helpful as I use this feature if there were a way for the data to be exported like other data can be.

Add a loud audible (Sense, etc.) alarm when heart rate exceeds a user-set maximum to warn a user of overexertion, particularly when it is too cold for normal physical cues like sweat response. When wearing multiple layers of clothing and active, there's no useful difference between a HR notification vibration and a text message vibration.

The province where I live requires me to display my vaccination status when visiting restaurants, events, gyms etc. Currently I have the QR code stored on my phone to display, but it would be great to be able to display it from the smart watch as I prefer travelling light.

Could you add a curve to the sleeping heart rate report. There are 3 types of sleeping RHR curves that can give us an idea of how restful sleep was. Ideally we want the hammock where RHR drops in the middle of the night and rises in the morning. This feature is a simple one but gives us even better insight into our restoration part of sleep.

On top of wanting the find my phone function to return, it would be useful if fitbit made trackers for keychains, like Tile. It makes sense because you always have your watch on, why not make it the central hub for finding misplaced items around the house or at work? Even fitbit watch software working with Tile or apple airtag could be useful.

When the exercise tracker is in use, I cannot access any other screens on the Charge 5. Notifications will show up briefly, but if I do not feel my watch vibrate to read the message in time, there is no way to swipe to the notification screen. Please add that function!

I suggest that Fitbit provides at least "One FREE Year" of premium music for all the dedicated (and disappointed) users. There are over 950 votes asking Fitbit to please allow free music storage on Versa 3 (still no reply) so providing one FREE year would at least let us know you are listening and willing to give a little. Let's see how this goes!

Please enable importing of heart rate data from activities using a heart rate monitor other than a fitbit device. An example would be the Concept2 indoor rowing import, which is slick but drops the heart rate data from the import.

The iOS/iPadOS has a "preciously eaten with" food suggestion, where after having selected your first food, "previously eaten with" other foods are offered. Could you bring this to Android?

Currently when you receive a WhatsApp message, we have the option of responding by voice dictation, with quick responses and with emoticons. It would be very useful to be able to reply to whatsapp messages with a voice audio.
