The latest generation of devices include a skin temperature sensor, but currently it is only used during sleep. Especially in the current world situation I'm asked to check my temperature multiple times per day. It would be nice if I could just tap my watch rather than picking up the IR thermometer that multiple other people have been handling.

When it's night time, the screen on my Sense seems HELLA bright and it's almost painful to look at. I know it auto-dims, but the dimmest setting seems not dim enough. If I adjust the brightness down, it's not bright enough during daylight. Moderator edit: Clarified subject

Fitbit sense offers a "6 day plus" battery life, but not if you actually use it for any exercise with the GPS on. Some of your other trackers offer the ability to use the phone's GPS. This feature is needed on the sense as well. I used the sense for a 4 hour hike and a 3 hour bike ride, and it absolutely crushed the battery. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and updated label

Add tools (weekly graph or something else) to track daily intake for "caffeine, salt, sugar, cholesterol, saturated fat and trans fat" since it is recommended to limit the amount of those taken each day. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Being able to customize the Smart Wake alarm would be very helpful. The default is 30 mins but it would be great to be able to bump that up to 60 mins (or more). Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

It should be possible to lock inspire 2 to clockscreen. Everytime i bend my wrist it hits the pinch function and it turns on.

Sense can save images as a background, therefore, I believe you should be able to see images sent via text. The programming is possible.

Provide a web page with a table with information for all countries as to whether SPO2 is available. If it is a matter of SPO2 sensing approval per country, provide information in said table that a request for approval has been submitted, if it is ongoing, or if it has been rejected.

I would like Fitbit to create a 49 to 51mm watch to cater to us manly, rugged guys as in the Garmin's. A bigger, bolder watch face, with thicker straps, would maybe attract more of the Garmin customer base. I like the look of the Garmin watches better, however the Fitbit app and platform are easier to use. I wish I could have my cake and eat it to.

The Sense has lots of sensors. I am an experienced meditator. First, meditation is not sleep. If I fall asleep while meditating it is no better than a nap. While meditating, measure stress, heartrate and breathing and record those. The deeper the relaxation while staying awake the better the meditation. Keep track of these measurements.

Huge plus to be able to export heart rate data (csv format, or selectable) for individual exercise sessions. Heart summaries are not very helpful.

It is my understanding that the EDA scan results can also be effected by other emotions such as happiness, sadness, anxiety. Adding in these options and more under the reflection part of the EDA scan could help us understand our readings more and also serve as a mental health tracker. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

We need azway to adjust the text size for the notifications on the sense. The screen is so small to begin with it makes it very hard to quickly and easily read notifications at the current don't size. If we could make them double the current size it would be perfect. I have a new Sense and the screen doesn't always turn on when I rotate my wrist. On a few other watches I had you could double tap on the screen to wake it up.

I just started using my Sense today after 3 years with an Ionic so learning as I go but I cant find anyway to extend the screen time "on" seems to be set at about 5 seconds and I use to have my Ionic set to 20 seconds Is it me or is this feature no longer an option

There is no way to get a vibration cue during exercise for the mile markers, etc. on the Sense. The Ionic was able to buzz to let you know when you had hit 1/2 mile, mile, etc. The Sense is only enabled with voice cues which is not always practical. Extremely disappointing.

The countdown timer on the Sense does not save once you exit the Timer app. For example, if I were to set a 30 second countdown timer, I want to come back to the Timer app later today or tomorrow and it would still be saved to 30 seconds. It does this on the Versa / Versa 2. It does not do this on the Sense. Moderator edit: Clarified subject

Version "resources" folder in Fitbit Studio/CLI using major OS build numbers, ex. "resources/4" and "resources/5". Support one prior MAJOR version (not minor) in tools. Allow tools to dynamically select resource folder based on the build target. Allow JavaScript to query for device capabilities (4.2 returns false for new 5.0 features).
