The charge 2 watch face showed four pieces of information on the main face: Time, Steps, Heart Rate, and Date. I could careless how it looked, but I'd love to have a face that shows these four pieces of information on one face. I expected the charge 3 to do what the charge 2 did and improve upon it, not take away features.

I love my FitBit and have been wearing it since September 2013. One suggestion: the FitBit sends a reminder when it needs charging. How about another message when it's fully charged to remind me to put it back on! Sometimes I drop it in the charger and forget it for hours... Just a suggestion!

Just bought a new Inspire HR through my health insurance company. Haven't used a fitbit in years since my original flex. Never thought about font size since it didn't exist back then. Now this one has watch and so many apps. The problem is without wearing reading glasses, I can't read anything. Its completely useless and annoying because it is always beeping and vibrating and I have no clue why. Most people over 45 wear readers to see close up, this doesn't work because they don't wear readers when exercising or walking or they would trip. This might get returned before the week ends.

I recommend adding an airplane mode to the first firmware update.
I have seen several posts wondering about turning off bluetooth or WiFi on the new Ionic. Several people have stated an interest based on small amounts of radiation, others have considered FAA regulations for devices. This feature would also benefit people who work in government, tech, and security industries who work in places where transmitting devices of any kind are not allowed. I am interested because being able to control how often my device transmits and whether or not it is able to sync provides me the ability to extend battery life because I don't always want a smart watch. Sometimes I just want a pedometer, but I don't want to switch between two different devices.

(Female Health Calendar) I am a NuvaRing user, and would like the ability to add a custom note on a certain day (even better, a note & a reminder) such as "Insert NuvaRing" or "Remove NuvaRing" on certain days, so I can see those notes in conjunction with my period on the calendar. Pink Pad has this ability, and it would be very useful on FitBit, as the Pink Pad app has gone away, and I would like to exclusively use FitBit to track.

Taunting, Cheering and messaging within the app is fun, however only being able to see my friends messages to me and not my responses, makes the banter much less entertaining. Almost all IM, SMS, Skype and chat programs allow the user to see the entire conversation (both sides of it). Please Fix the Chat to show the full conversation! Please make one u wear on ankle then u would get all the steps. When u are in a store with carts such as grocery, target etc it won't record all the walking one is doing with a cart. I have to try and push with one hand!! They can have pretty but functionally ankle devices some can be practically for a guy and pretty like an ankle bracelet for a women!!! Please develop this!! Soon!!

The heart rate zone feature is great, but the user-editable heart rate "zone" is not useful at all. The common heart-rate training protocols include up to 5 heart rate zones, and the beginning and end all need to be editable according to the individual's own maximum heart rate.
Ideally, these would also have editable names.

I am constantly being awakened in the middle of the night because I have 4-year old twins (one with autism which means his sleep cycle is all over the map). When I am awakened, I am usually moving around (taking kids to the toilet, changing night-time nappies, soothing kids with bad dreams, switching beds to better quieten a kid so the rest of the house can sleep, getting a glass of water, etc.). I also use the Surge automatic sleep recording feature to track my sleep. I don't want to have to sstart or stop recording anything manually.
On many nights, if I get up, the Surge will create multiple sleep logs. At 4am, it has done this when I have been awake for 9 minutes or more. At 7am, it has done this when I have been up for less than a minute - and yes, sometimes I go back to bed after 7am while my wife takes over after my nighttime "shift". These multiple sleep logs are inaccurate because that 9 minutes, or 1 minute, or whatever it is isn't counted as awake time.
All I need is a single command to merge the multiple logs into a single log with the gaps between logs calculated as awake time. This would solve all the display issues with multiple logs, and give me a much clearer view of my entire night. I would have a single sleep pattern graph and a single sleep log calculation.

Besides the sleep score, it could be great to have the possibility to indicate how we feel "rested" after the night, with for example 3-4 possibilities (with a colour or a smiley associated or a score) : . green / / 3 : great rested . yellow / / 2 : good rested . orange / / 1 : not good rested . red / / 0 : awful rested (not rested)

There should be some way to program a rest day that has lower goals than the other days. I’m goal oriented, and it kills me to not hit my steps every day, but I need a day where I take it easy.

The heart rate during exercise is lagging behind vthe reality extremely. I had a medical checkup with the heart rate going up to 190 and the sense recorded 166. It is often reported that the heart rate measurement is quite good over long times, but not for short times. Intervalls etc. are not accurately measureable.

My Fitbit One shows synced but the steps aren’t carrying over to the app. I’ve tried syncing and updating on 3 different devices and it’s not working. I’ve tried restarting multiple times. The data shown is too limited and vague. Tapping on each dot should reveal the value of the each reading. One example is the SpO2 and the other is the heart rate. At the moment tapping on each dot does nothing you are left guessing what the accurate result was.

Fitbit is the market leading provider of fitness wearables for the average everyday user, followed closely by apple (but Apple are boring). So why is Google forcing us to use YouTube music. That is just based on greed, you wouldn't limit your pixel phones to YouTube only? Music is an important part of exercise for most people users.

I recommend that you keep the 'battery' indicator display On while the unit is charging. Sometimes contacts get dirty and users are unaware that their fitbit is connected to the charge port but not charging because the display quickly shuts down after connection. If it's kept running during charging, can actively monitor progress.
