I have stated recently I have a new Galaxy S7 edge. I upgraded from the iPhone 6. On the iPhone app there was a mobile track feature. That feature was great to have considering I used it when my Charge HR was charging. That way I didn't get behind in challenges, burning calories, and keeping up with needed food intake. I was also able to still see my progress. Please consider and maybe implement this into the Android version. 😊

I'm very excited that you've added a Fitbit channel on IFTTT. Can you please add a trigger for a battery low conditions, so for instance you might have: If fitbit battery is low then send me a pushbullet notification. That'd be really cool.

I would love to be able to delete old data on my account, from a period of time that I was without a Fitbit. I have at least 6 months of time with 0 steps/sleep because I didn't have a functioning Fitbit. It would be nice to be able to reset that without losing my account -- since I didn't think about this until 6 months after getting my new Fitbit. I don't want to lose the current data, but this long stretch with 0 steps is screwing up averages I feel.
Looking through other posts, it seems I'm not the only one that wants to be able to delete data without resetting/starting over with a new account.

The recent update added the number of days exercised during a given week but dropped the cumulative number of hours and minutes exercised during the week. Can you add the running total of hours and minutes exercised back to the bar at the beginning of each week as I find that more useful. Moderator Edit: Added Labels

It would be really helpful if the tracker displayed more than 40 characters when displaying a text via your phone. There alsmost isn't any point in having any text at all. Please update please!

Currently, to export multiple months of data, one must first export the data for one month, for example August, then navigate to another page, then go back to the export page and reset the custom date range to a different month, for example, July. Without navigating to another page, the calendar setting is disabled.

I strongly recommend that Fitbit should add Monzo bank to the Fitbit Pay and Barclays to their list of supporting banks. I also think they should look into Revolut bank as it doesn't work. I applied for a virtual card with them a long time back and I wasn't able to download the card to my Fitbit even though it was listed as a supported bank. I contacted revolut support and they had said that it is still in development. Revolut is listed as supporting the bank in more than 20 countries for Fitbit pay but I highly doubt that based on my experience. So they should not list it as one of there supporting banks. They should add Monzo and Barclays and other well known banks twell-known banks will be very beneficial to those who use Fitbit devices. The two banks I have listed are very well known banks.

I know there are a lot of FitBit users who would really like FitBit to be compatabile with the Strava.com website and app. Currently FitBit works with RunKeeper, MapMyRun (and MapMyRide), but not with Strava. Strava provides much more details than RunKepper and MapMyRun and is also a more bike-friendly app than MapMyRide. I posted this same request on your Facebook and have sent emails to you as well. As you can see from your forum and from googling "FitBit sync to Strava" there are many people complaining that this is not already a feature. PLEASE PLEASE work on this feature..... it would be very welcomed and only make me more of a FitBit supporter.

I use a form of NFP where I use ovulation test strips and/or a fertility monitor. From time to time progesterone strips are also used. Some other apps incorporate this information along with other indicators. I would like a way to enter this information. I am thinking there are also some that would like to be able to add in the results of a pregnancy test also or other significant events that may occur.

When timing any activity it is important to be able to look at your screen and see the time within the second. Have the sceen turn off makes it hard to do this. You could be running and trying to catch your split or doing abs and trying to know when to switch, no matter what you are doing timing is essential down to the seconds. Having to look down at your Fitbit, push a button then see the time is offten the diffence in seconds. I suggest that when in timer mode the fitit stays open or at least has the option to stay lit up!

Can we please add “angry” or “irritable” option in the female health tracker under the emotions section? I’m a little amazed we can choose “energized” or “happy” but the most commonly occurring symptom of pms “irritability” is not there. As it is, I currently use a “code” combination of “anxious” and “stressed” which is my way of reporting irritability. Can we add anger please? Or some kind of euphemism?

To whom it may concern, My lab, the Yale Stress Center, spent a lot of money purchasing Flex 2 for a research study. We were told we would be able to download the data to csv files so that we could review the data in Excel.This was possible as of last week. I have realized today there has been an update which now prohibits us from downloading data more than once every 24 hours. This update also makes the process of downloading data take many more steps - you have to receive several emails and then click download. Worst of all, it now does not allow you the option to download the data into a csv file to be viewed in excel. When the data is downloaded, it's all in separate JSON files, making the data impossible for us to use for our research purposes in a seamless way. We were promised that Fitbit would be a good resource for our research & this process is now extremely difficult. Please restore the feature that allows us to easily download data through settings ,data export, csv file. We need this change to be installed ASAP. Thank you, Olivia Roberson

Can you add a motion detector to activate the clock display? Example: wring hand twice, etc. Sometimes you want to know the time, but it's hard to push the button (example in driving, riding and etc.). Thank you!

These are the top five banks in Canada: Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank), Bank of Nova Scotia (ScotiaBank), Bank of Montreal (BMO), & Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. (CIBC) And only one or two are applicable to the fitbit pay. You advertise this "GREAT" feature but it lacks support on these things.

I would love to upgrade my Versa to either the Versa 3 or the Sense in order to get the internal GPS capability. However, the color options (black and rose gold) are very limited - what happened to the silver? While I'd love to stay with Fitbit, a wearable that clashes with all of my other jewelry just won't cut it. Looking elsewhere 😞

How would this feature work? A method would exist that would trigger the launch of another app, possibly by specifying an app ID. If the specified app is installed on the device, it would be launched. If the specified app is not installed on the device, an error would be returned so that the running app can handle the situation. Why would this feature be useful? This feature would be useful for apps that have complementary functionality. For example, let's say you have a to-do list app that syncs with a third-party web service; the app allows you to view a list of to-do items and check them off. Now let's say you wanted to create a complementary clock face, which shows only the top item on your to-do list. Ideally, these two complementary apps would be connected—i.e. tapping somewhere on the clock face would launch the to-do list app, where you can see the full list of to-do items. Why not simply create a sub-view in the clock face? Clock faces are much more limited in terms of interactivity. For example, vertical scrolling is not practical on a clock face because of interference with the notification menu (when swiping up from the bottom) and the music player (when swiping down from the top). Horizontal scrolling is not practical because this is also the mechanism for navigating from the clock face to the apps menu. Hardware buttons are also not programmable on clock faces (e.g. if you were to open a sub-view on a clock face, you wouldn't be able to use the "back" button to close it—instead you would need to provide a GUI element for exiting the sub-view). In short, clock faces are really only intended for simple interactions (e.g. tapping), while apps allow for more in-depth interaction. Being able to link from a clock face to a full-featured app would be very useful.
