Please make one u wear on ankle then u would get all the steps. When u are in a store with carts such as grocery, target etc it won't record all the walking one is doing with a cart. I have to try and push with one hand!! They can have pretty but functionally ankle devices some can be practically for a guy and pretty like an ankle bracelet for a women!!! Please develop this!! I just really wanted to recommend Fitbit to make their own water bottle that tracks the amount of water a person is drinking and automatically syncs with the Fitbit app. The thermos smart lid is not a good product and the reviews online show it clearly. Hydration is a part of daily health and Fitbit would benefit all of its users in a real way by creating such a product. Moderator edit: Updated title for clarity & Labels.

I would love to have a device that would be able to switch between a clip and a wristband. I want the convience of the wristband, but let's be honest, it doesn't really jive with a blacktie outfit. When I'm dressed up, I'd love to be able to wear a clip instead, but I don't want to have to buy 2 devices and try to figure out how to sync them both (if you even can). I also would love to see some more femine wristbands, a little dresser. I have to wear business attire at work, and the current wristband selections just don't go with most of my outfits. I've long since lost the sync dongle for syncing my fitbit flex with my PC. Rather than having to get a brand new dongle, I'd love to see a feature to sync over my laptop's built in bluetooth. My laptop is bluetooth 4.0 supported so I don't see why I need a superfluous dongle! Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.

New to Fitbit as I am, I've long lamented & read reviews, also some near 500 suggestions to providing a larger strap. Ankle wearable. Man in the Health & Well-Being sector weights etc will have far larger wrists than the current options. Come on Fitbit folks n design team, please listen to the needs and wants of your client base, after all larger straps you'll open up to a larger client group. Cheers.. I recently sold my Bellabeat to invest in a Fitbit due to its features. The only thing I struggle with is it’s only able to perform as a watch. my Bellabeat could be worn as a clip, watch and necklace and had options in the settings to change when you changed how you wore it. It’s also designed so that it’s discreet and looks like a piece of jewellery. I need some sort of housing that can be clipped to my bra or a belt or pocket but still provides accuracy. Currently I have the Alta HR tracker. I like to wear my fitbit on my ankle so that it counts all my steps. I have found when I wear it on my wrist it doesn't count my biking, pushing a stroller or pushing a grocery cart. I have gotten around this by purchasing the XL band and wearing my tracker on my ankle. Waalaa, no more missing steps. However, I was looking to upgrade to the new Charge 3 since it is waterproof. The problem is that an XL band is not sold for the Charge 3, I need 9" the large band only goes to 8.6". I think it would be beneficial if you would offer the option of purchasing an XL band with all of your products. Thanks for your consideration.

I bought the new charge 4 as I was thrilled to finally have a Fitbit with built in GPS and waterproof! (Having previously had the charge 2) As a healthcare worker we are constantly washing our hands and have to be bare below the elbows. I would love to be able to clip it securely in my pocket when at work to record my steps, I know it’s designed for heart rate monitoring but it’s just not possible as a front line NHS worker! Used to squeeze my charge 2 into an old zip but it did break and this one is just a bit too big. I think you would find a big interest in this and could market accordingly. Also clip it inside my sports bra for my netball matches as also cannot wear on the wrist. Definitely a market for this. Thank you. You would make an NHS radiographer very happy if you could do this!

In a world of superbugs and antibiotic resistance it's so important to be bear below the elbows in hospital and healthcare settings. Staff are not allowed to wear watches/fitness trackers on wrists. I have seen several other posts regarding this. Please can Fitbit develop a fob watch style strap so we can wear our trackers on our chest area of uniform. There are hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals out there who could benefit from this. I had a clip on fitbit which fell off my uniform crossing a road and got squashed by a car! It still worked but was too flat to fit back in it's charger so eventually died! I need something more secure with a pin. Surely there must be a market for this??? there should be more options as well as sizes for the bracelet, the small was snug on my wrist and would not slide back and forth on arm, so sales person said to get large, it is huge and awful, there needed to be a medium for women so its not so huge and bulky like the large!!! Can you please please please make bands for the rose gold versa that do not have silver clasps? I love the coral color but want to change it up and there is nothing out there that does not have a silver clasp on the back. It looks horrible when the metals don’t match. The charging device that came with the Inspire HR isn't great. I like the magnetic part, but the cord is very short, and often falls off the device if not sitting perfectly. A longer cord or a stronger magnet would be very beneficial. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Fitbit - I suggest that you have your custom Charging Adapters (the part that attaches to the Fitbit) connect to a standard USB-C (or micro USB) cord, rather than have the cord integrated into the adapter. This would have several advantages: 1. Most of us already travel with a USB-C or micro USB cord. This would reduce the volume of charging accessories in my laptop bag when I travel. 2. The cord could be unplugged from the Fitbit adapter and used to charge other accessories. 3. The cord could be replaced if damaged (much cheaper than purchasing another entire cable with adapter). 4. Custom length cords could be purchased to suit individual needs (for example - longer cords for nightstand charging). My suggestion directly applies to your Charge series (2/3/4), but perhaps would also apply to other models. Thank you. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

It would be helpful to have a small rubber/plastic stopper to insert into the charging port to protect it from sweat or dust while wearing it. I think that selling this feature separately would be ideal because then customers can purchase them without needing to buy a new Fitbit. However, please make sure to include this feature in your next model for future Fitbit wearers.

I would like to see the attachment for the band be like the way in which the Alta hr is attached. The pin on the inspire hr is difficult to manipulate and subject to breakage. Also the battery charging cord needs to be longer. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hello, I am wondering (and hoping) that you will be coming out with a rose gold version of the metal bands for the Versa. I would love rose gold but really want a metal band and I can't picture the rose gold working with the ones you have showing currently. Maybe you should have something where you can see what the watch would look like with different bands (mix and match) because I would also love to see the rose gold watch bezel with the black and white special edition band, I am not a big fan of the purple for me. Hi! I hear that users have issues with the strap because of the magnetic clasp. It seems the strap actually comes undone every time the magnet catches on metal objects and the watch will fall to the floor, which is very very concerning. I’ve been going back & forth between my Apple Watch & Charge 4.I prefer Fitbit platform & features but I like the size& functionality of Apple Watch.I’m looking@Fitbit Sense but finding most styles,size and bands are mostly on the masculine side.Like the white band but my skin prefers woven.Very few light neutral/feminine options.Bright coral yuck

It would great if fitbit could offer a sports loop band without strap buckles. The band would allow the wearer to have a good fit for the tracker easily. One such example of a third party strap is https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LYC1RBB These band would it make it easier to get the best fit which would work well for the sensors.

I wasn't able to find more wrist band options for the new Ace 2 other than silicone bands. My daughter has developed an awful rash on both her wrists (from trying to let one side heal, she's been alternating her Ace 2 between both sides) but now both of them have rashes. While I understand not everyone have allergic reactions to specific materials, I wish there would be more wrist band options for the Ace 2 made out of different materials that one can order when this happens. I did a quick search but all the bands I found are of the same material but different colors. Thoughts? Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

When a Fitbit is released we should be given a better watch strap which is more flexible and breathable for you wrist, eg. Sports straps as it is a sports watch, not only silicon. As default with the watch in the box as the being given with the watch now are not the most comfortable and flexible. What also should be changed is when Fitbit does collaborations they should be realised alongside the original Fitbit instead of making us feel like we have had a mistake when a collaboration gets released six months later. Apple released a pride band for their Apple watches which is perfect for pride month or any time someone wants to show their support for the LGBTQ+ community. But sadly Fitbit doesn’t have any options like this yet. I would buy it in a heartbeat! Who’s with me?
